At inLMS.in, we are committed to making quality education accessible and rewarding learners who successfully complete their learning journey. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are available for courses offered through our platform.
By enrolling in a course on inLMS.in, you agree to this Refund Policy.
A learner is eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee only if all of the following conditions are met:
The course was a paid course requiring an enrollment fee.
The learner has successfully completed 100% of the course requirements, including all mandatory lessons, quizzes, assignments, projects, or assessments, where applicable.
The learner has satisfied all completion criteria established for that course.
The refund request is submitted in accordance with the procedure specified by inLMS.in.
Once eligibility is verified, the full amount paid for the course (excluding any non-refundable taxes, payment gateway charges, or statutory deductions where applicable) will be refunded.
Courses offered free of charge are not eligible for any refund, as no enrollment fee has been collected.
Any optional purchases or services associated with a free course, if applicable, may be governed by separate terms.
A course will be considered successfully completed only when the learner has fulfilled all mandatory requirements defined by the course, which may include:
Viewing all required learning modules.
Completing quizzes or assessments.
Submitting assignments or projects, where required.
Achieving any minimum passing score specified for the course.
Meeting any additional completion requirements communicated during enrollment.
Receiving a course certificate alone does not override these requirements if additional conditions apply.
Eligible learners may submit a refund request after successfully completing the course.
The request should include:
Registered name
Registered email address
Course name
Enrollment or Order ID (if applicable)
Payment details or transaction reference
After verification, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible or another approved payment method.
Once a refund request has been approved:
Refund processing will generally begin within 7–15 business days.
The time taken for the amount to appear in the learner's account depends on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
A refund may be denied if:
The course has not been successfully completed.
The learner has failed to satisfy the course completion requirements.
False, misleading, or fraudulent information has been provided.
The learner has violated the Terms & Conditions or other platform policies.
There is evidence of misuse, abuse, unauthorized access, or any activity intended to exploit the refund policy.
inLMS.in reserves the right to investigate any refund request.
If fraudulent activity, manipulation of course progress, certificate misuse, multiple account abuse, payment fraud, or other policy violations are detected, we may:
Reject the refund request.
Suspend or terminate the learner's account.
Revoke certificates issued through fraudulent means.
Take any other action permitted under applicable law.
inLMS.in reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
